Miracle Hands Clean has nearly 10 years of Experience in the cleaning industry! MHC is owned & operated by the Rostran family in South Florida. They decided to take on the cleaning industry journey. Together they understood that a lot went into cleaning a client's home or office. Eliezer saw how effective his wife Wendy would be with her time, but also leave everything spotless when she was cleaning. As a married Christian couple, they know that everything they do, they will do it together and do it for God. Miracle Hands Clean was formed from the belief that the best possible service would be brought to South Florida. Although there are many different cleaning services out there, we try to focus on what is more important for our clients. Why should I hire a cleaning service if I can do it myself?
The most common answer that there is to give is, to give you back time. We see in a lot of the industry that the most important thing for everyone looking to hire someone to clean for them would have to be to get their personal time back. Time can not be stopped or accelerated, but we know that we can help out with this.
Are cleaning services worth it?
Paying to have your home cleaned is definitely worth it. You should keep in mind in dealing with a cleaning service company, it might cost a bit more, but you can rest assured that you will get the best work done. Also since we are licensed and insured, that will give you peace of mind when our cleaners step into your home.
What kind of products are used, and are the eco-friendly?
For the main part, yes, the products that are used in homes are eco-friendly. These products can be diluted to offer less harshness, but still be highly effective at sanitizing and cleaning. For businesses we like to use more commercial products, as these offer more than regular house hold products.
Does the cleaning company provide the products, or do I, as the customer, need to provide them?
There is a two-part answer here. First off if your current cleaning company is not providing the products, then you have a problem. The cost of the service is always calculated with the expenses that we as a company have. Products should always be provided by the cleaning company. The other answer to that is, if you have a specific product that you would like us to use, then we will gladly use them.
Will you take a long time to clean my house?
This question is asked to us on a frequent basis. There are different kinds of cleans. A basic clean being the least amount of time spent, and a deep clean being the most amount spent on a house. We as a company prefer to always send two cleaners so they can take care of the service at a pace that will give you the most amount of time with a clean house and not have people bothering you or your family.
